specific-question As I have mentioned a few times, usage of the tag books is a bit unclear (or at least a bit inconsistent). new-tag meta I have created user-scripts tag, we'll see how the tag is received by other users and whether it will be kept or not.

Still, with that restriction in place I feel de-incentivised to "batch-tag" questions
@Turion I will just mention that when I was posting this question I had also our previous conversation in mind: What do you use to mark questions that need editing when you want to avoid excessive bumping? However, I'm not really sure whether the advice given there offers anything beyond what is offered by common sense (and perhaps basic computer literacy in addition to that).

As far as I can tell, on many sites there is a consensus that it is better to avoid bumping too many questions at the same time.
