Wish a good 2020 to everyone

@PhishMaster as an example see this message how it is "starred" (star on the right of the message, and shows up in the side bar) That is what the trigger means "post a message in an associated chat room that gets starred." "associated chat room" means one that is linked to a site, not like this room. So for example you would go here post a message and get it starred.

Then you'd have the 2020 hat on chess.

For Werewolf Hunter certainly yeah, it has to go, it didn't provide help to old posts, instead it provided work from moderators, to rollback, everyone just randomly pokes in and out few characters which doesn't help at all. This year we still don't have flagging hats, last year we didn't as well...

Huh. Weird. Took a while for meta to realize that I'd earned Eliza Doolots. As in, I earned the hat just now (on two sites) but I rep-capped on the 23rd and 24th (and 790 rep between then and now)

Q: What does 'discarding a question' mean for the Rubber Ducky hat?

Apparently I need to press the discard button on a meta or main site to get the Rubber Ducky hat. However, I do not know how to discard a post. Is that the same as deleting it?
