is it safe to install external software
for this
John Rennie
You only need two bits of software:
1. Google's adb software
2. the drivers for your phone
Are you planning to develop an app for the phone?
Jack Rod
yes
John Rennie
I have never done this so I can't say what the best option is, but I suggest you start by using Google's development software. Give me a moment and I'll Google for it.
I think it's
Android Studio
.
There is an introduction to Android development here
.
