The university will not want to hear that you stopped because you weren't enjoying it, they will want to hear that you stopped because you think you can find an even better internship.

at the same time at home no knows about it

So when you are writing the letter you need to explain that you think you can find another internship that will be better for your advancement than Amazon was.

NB, this doesn't actually have to be true, you just need to convince the university it's true.

You need to decide if your family need to know or not. If they don't need to know then just don't tell them.
