actually I cant play video

I mean i have used two browser but none of them is playing video

even twitter videos are not playing

but play back is slow

So you click on the video and it starts playing, but the video plays very slowly?

slowly means not even starting complete black

and buffer circle moving round and round

just right now I opened my pc

I clicked on youtube search my video

video appears but it does not play

Have you tried restarting Windows?

Yes

I shut down my pc

and started it again

That may not have done a full restart. Open a command prompt and type the command:

shutdown /r /t 0

Then after it restarts try again.

then u have to wait si r

before I login again

will that be fine?

I have no idea I'm afraid. My approach would be to wipe the disk and install Windows 10 instead.

Yes I'll be around tomorrow. You'll need a USB drive at least 8GB in size to hold W10, and you'll also need to back up the data from your computer as the W10 install will completely wipe the disk.
