As far as I can see BrowserStack is intended for you to check your web site works using the mobile versions of Chrome, FireFox, Safari, etc.

So it isn't a way of running Android apps.

Anyhow. If you are trying to develop for Android then I think Bluestacks is your best option. You can try enabling hardware acceleration to speed it up if it's running a bit slowly.

Cough syrup doesn't do a lot because it goes down your throat not your windpipe, and it's inflammation in the windpipe that causes the cough. The benefits of cough syrup are mainly due to the paracetamol in it. So you could get the same relief by taking paracetamol. Or aspirin.
