Yup, looks like "All-caps title" was removed about 4 years ago.

while looking at the transcript, I realized there was title is all caps reason.

My attempt at "a bunch of all-caps text" gets 1633 TP / 759 FP / 198 NAA

@Stormblessed I'd have to look at the code, which may have been removed and be only available as a commit in Git. IIRC, for a while, there were a number of posts which were Mostly In Title Case (i.e. with all/most words starting with a capital letter), all of which also mentioned Japan (although it may have been ALL CAPS). That reason was intended to detect those, but it doesn't appear that it was effective as written, or the spam of that type stopped.

all-caps title is always an indicator of a low quality post, but not often an indicator of spam
