@ARadish If you know how to learn, you don't need classes to learn something. I've learned more per unit time since I left school than when I was in it. I've taken one programming class in person and one via Coursera, and neither of those taught me as thoroughly as just learning on my own did.

Every now and again I find the answer to my search on stack overflow in the question instead of the answer. Those are rare but beautiful moments.

Additionally, they also step in if conflict resolution between users is needed, especially if someone violates the code of conduct. This may also include checking that users do not use sock puppet accounts, serial downvote another user, or post inflammatory comments, rants or spam.
