This is a followup to this question. As soon as I launch Ubuntu Core Nexus 7 Installer, check Install Ubuntu on Nexus 7 and push OK, the instalation status bar got stuck.
It lasts for quite a long time.
So does anybody have any guesses?

I noticed today we got a new interface for closing/flagging. Almost immediately after getting it though, both the close vote and flag menus won't load anymore. The little black dots just go on forever.

May be a problem on my end, but chat.SE of all sites (SO, MSE, SE) is pushing me to Area51.
Can anyone confirm? (hard to check in chat when you can't get in chat)

I go to any question anywhere on the network. I try to flag it. The first dialogue opens just fine:
Then, when I select the "it doesn't belong here, or it is a duplicate" option, it loads for a moment, then closes.
When I try again, I can select the opt...

The launchpad link that is provided there is gone. What can be done?
There is not much we can do. We can try to edit the post to include instructions as on the forum link, and remove the launchpad link.
But that doesn't mean we magically have changed a now-outdated answer into a correct one - we don't know what helped, and we don't know what is actually needed.
Since the question was a bug, though, it can be closed as OT and assumed that the bug has been resolved - since its report has been removed entirely even.
To be honest, trying to close or dupe-mark them is not really worth the hassle - especially since they appear to be related to a bug and about a now unsupported version. As I said, we can try to improve that answer by removing the launchpad link and getting the gist from the ubuntuforums link, but that's about it.
