Q: What is the charge of He ion? I have my doubt if gases in group A8 has charge in their ions?

For example in a mixture of $\ce{He}$ and oxygen the charge of oxygen is -2 and if there is not a charge for $\ce{He}$, then how can they mixed together? $\ce{He2O}$ is a good formula for this ionic compound?

oh, interesting case you might want to look at - tag synonyms

i.e., notation originally had 1 overlap question with reaction

formatting is a synonym of notation, so it showed up on the list

We like to joke that it's crappy, but that's not really because the tag is crappy, it's because newcomers like to put it on their questions when it's not applicable.
