Does anyone know where you can get Rosenblatt's wagyu beef online? I've heard wagyu is some of the most gevaldig beef available, although I've never had it due to the lack of available kosher options.

I'm skipping this suggested edit because I'm not sure what to do with it (and hopefully someone here does know).
It's a bit much for an edit suggested by someone who isn't the OP, but the profile pictures of the OP and the editor are the same, which means (IINM) that they share an IP or email address, implying that the OP is the editor (and probably needs advice on merging accounts)
However, since I'm not certain of any of that, I'm passing the buck to the more responsible residents of Bam who know better than I how to deal with this

Are you sure this is Purim Torah and not just an honest question with a funny premise? — Scimonster 2 hours ago
@NoachMiFrankfurt premiumkosherbeef.com maybe?

@msh210 I've seen no ordering info on their site though

Non-PTIJ question on the HNQ list (page 2 at present), surprisingly still only viewed 45 times, as of right now, but expect more to come. Best behavior, everyone!

Q: Does Judaism consider women inferior?

SAHAccording to Orthodox Judaism, women may not be rabbis, be counted as part of a minyan, leyn from the Torah, or study the Talmud. (It even says that to teach a woman Torah is to teach her obscenity!) In addition, women are exempt and even discouraged from a large number of mitzvas that are centra...

The Ptil Tekhelet raffle that I won first prize of last year is open for entries this year, in honor of Parashat Teruma. Entry costs nothing but an email.
Because people were curious at the time: Yes, they did ask me what style of strings and knots I wanted, and what color stripes on the garment. They would have given it to me ready-made, but I asked for separate strings and garment so I could tie them myself, and they provided that.
On the plus side, it meant that I got to apply my hands to this mitzva-preparations. On the minus side, it meant that the tallit entered my virtual procrastination queue. I finally applied myself seriously to figuring out how to tie the tricky Rambam-style knots a week or so ago, and I started wearing my new tallit on Friday.
Incidentally, if you're interested in learning to tie techeilet with Rambam-style knots, I recommend learning how to do the middle, all-blue knots first, since the blue/white first knot is extra intimidating, and understanding how the middle ones work makes it easier to learn it. In addition, I found this non-Tekhelet video especially helpful toward learning to do the middle knots.

5:36 PM
@IsaacMoses Why did you tie knots of that style?
@NoachMiFrankfurt Nor I. But contact info yes. You can ask them where you can buy it (online, if you wish to so specify). Incidentally, the COO is my first cousin. He once came to St. Louis when I was living there, and stopped in to say hi to us. He brought a tongue with him as a present.
It was delicious.

@msh210 A bunch of factors, one of which was to be consistent with my brother.
(and relying on this permissive pesak I'd received years ago)

Ah.

5:57 PM
@msh210 did he redeem it from any of my cousins first?

@NoachMiFrankfurt Not 'redeem', but 'buy'. It has no sanctity.

@DoubleAA I was initially going to say buy, but I wasn't sure it would come across as referring specifically to matanos kohanim.
@IsaacMoses I just entered. If b"h I were to win (unlikely as the chance is), I'd get Tosafos strings, as that is what I have on both my tallis koton and my Shabbos tallis.

6:23 PM
@NoachMiFrankfurt I doubt they'd give you Tosfot strings free. Then someone who held Raavad would order Tosfot but untied, and tie them on two Begadim.

@NoachMiFrankfurt may you merit God's help in remembering, pursuing, and doing Mitzvot.

Did community bump this question today, because it's Adar?

7:34 PM
@DoubleAA I get the impression that if someone wins the raffle, they get what they want. I doubt they're too worried about winners gaming them.

@NoachMiFrankfurt Or mine, for that matter. Dunno.
@Shokhet Dunno.
Many good questions generate some degree of opinion based on expert experience, but answers to this question will tend to be almost entirely based on opinions, rather than facts, references, or specific expertise. That's because you want "nice" stories. If and to the extent you want anything available: There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. — msh210 ♦ 34 secs ago

@msh210 You're a Kohen?

@NoachMiFrankfurt No but he has cousins that are. They might just be one or two more steps removed. Recall Pinchas's fifth cousin is Nachson ben Aminadav, for instance. (Or more bizarrely, Pinchas's fifth cousin is his grandmother.)
Though if you go through his father's father's mother's father then they're only fourth cousins once removed.

Any thoughts about PTIJ policy whether questions based on the same joke applied differently are dupes? See discussion here: judaism.stackexchange.com/q/80422/9682
