A guess - the end will be in one of the two middle walls (note change of wording from door to exit) and most likely one of the ends, then it can easily be a staircase :)

There's another bound square. The one to the right of the top barrier has to be straight.

At least given the way it's drawn, I'm multitasking working through it.

Wondering, @Lord, why do you have square 5E turning? (counting 1A as the upper right black square)
A possible path :
Proof that it works :
(S means straight and T means turn )
I don't really know how I've find it, mostly trying some random paths + a incredible luck.
so this is my "solution"
I think it's correct but not 100% sure because it's almost 4am here
But if it turns out in the end that it's way too easy to solve, and/or that there's way too many possibilities to finish the maze, I'll refrain from posting.
Shown below is a grid of blue and yellow squares with a knight in the upper left hand corner and green square in the lower right hand corner.
Your task is to guide the knight from its starting position to the green square using regulation chess knight moves.
The knight may only visit yellow sq...
I was browsing Gaming Stack Exchange (Arqade) when I realise that the "ask question" button is animated : when you hoover it there is a laser animation. This made me think "We should do something similar with Puzzling and hide a puzzle !"
So I've created this meta post to discuss about the pos...
The possible ways to hide something : - Add a very very not intrusive element to the background - Community ads - Display a message / image when you hoover a object (like the site logo) - Hide it in a tag / meta-tag (created only for this) - Add a special page like http://puzzling.stackexchange.com/mystery
Possibilites I don't like : - Hide in comment (too unreliable) - Hide in chat (seems hard to find / unreliable) - Hide in questions (can be edited / interfer too much with the content) - Hide it the profil page of somebody ( too personnal -> we need it to belong to the site)
If you want an advice to start solving puzzle here : - don't try unsolved puzzle too much (if they are unsolved it's because they are hard or really new) - Spend some time working on the puzzles before looking at the solution, you will make a lot more of progress if you solve it youself - Do what you like, they are a lot of all kind of puzzles, don't waste time on the puzzles you don't like
Pay attention to hints -- I'm not sure if other answers predated the hint, but many people seem not to have included an explanation -- the puzzle author states that the two "mass" words have different definitions, so these two lines should be considered separately.
@Ronronner The others suggested sudoku as a good way to become a better puzzler. I agree, and would also like to recommend Picross (aka nonogram or hanjie) -- you read numbers on the sides of a grid and follow logic to color in boxes. When finished, you get a nice picture.
Any exercises involving "logic" and/or "critical thinking" will definitely help you become a better puzzler.
Riddles may be difficult for you, but if you want to try them, I suggest studying idioms and looking up words in a thesaurus. Be prepared to think metaphorically, not literally.
