@GourabMazumder much better. I re-opened the question. As Stib mentioned, we really need to know what it says when you mouse over the warning icons. Hopefully the tool tip will provide more details about the error. Clearly the installer does not believe they can be installed for some reason. May be a missing pre-requisite
