I keep having trouble while compiling the bibliography with Kile. I get the following error message:

In this situation, when I compile for LATEX-PDF I have the correct text, with all the accents but does not show the diagrams.
When I compile for XeLATEX the result displays all diagrams, but the text does not appear in the words accents.
How do I get the correct text and diagrams appear?
