anyone know if $wpdb->delete() supports deleting by multiple id? For example query like DELETE FROM table WHERE id IN (1, 4, 6, 7)?

@NathanArthur - its a bit late for me to start digging into that, but have you created a menu in the Appearance > menu page? If I recall that filter isn't triggered if the page list 'fallback' is used.
