I'm playing with using the minecraft texture file in a website.. using css sprites.

Ghasts are a real pain now that they don't kill themselves.

Every time I've been back in the nether since that change, I've seen ghasts having a grand old time swimming around in lava pools up to their foreheads.

And even that isn't enough to put a smile on their faces.

It does now since the recent update

It should turn lava to either obsidian or cobblestone.

I guess that's an improvement

At least you can kill cobblestone with a pick

Removes the step of having to place the item that you'll have to remove later.

It is faster to remove sand than cobble though!

If you drop it on the ground it will eventually disappear.

Or you can throw stuff in lava and it will immediately disappear.
