Especially considering Rockin Android is basically a start-up in a difficult market.
It also doesn't help that I would really love to advert Sora, but Suguri would be easier because Rockin Android has actually translated it (Sora came out this summer)
But if you aren't a dedicated fan, then it may feel a bit weak to transition from Suguri to Sora. It's not easy to do what Capcom has done for years with remarketting the same game every year.
Don't get me wrong, Sora is an excellent game, and not really a rehash in the same vein that MM1 -> MM2. But it's a lot easier to promote on its own to new people than to promote it to people that played Suguri but didn't get obsessed with it.

@RavenDreamer It's a vertical scrolling shooting game. Admittedly a series with a wealth of character and story, but it is no slouch in the gameplay department. One of the best series.

@badp yeah, it's not as clear in these videos because they're showing off melee weapons... when you use a gun, you can target specific body parts in VATS mode (the mode you're in when you see that 95% number) and each one would have it's separate chance to hit displayed.
