@crl I don't get it. Where are the bouncing cards?
@Mazura sounds like it could be. Reminds me of slang kids would use. Did you grow up in the US?

@Mitch In Chicago. I'm pretty sure it's from gyp, short for gypsy, but are gypsy's even a race?

3:14 AM
@Mazura yes, Roma
The Romani (also spelled Romany; /ˈroʊməni/, /ˈrɒ-/), or Roma, are a traditionally itinerant ethnic group living mostly in Europe and the Americas, who originate from the northwestern regions of the Indian subcontinent, specifically from Northern India, presumably from the northwestern Indian states Rajasthan and Punjab. The Romani are widely known among English-speaking people by the exonym and racial slur "Gypsies" (or "Gipsies"), which, according to many Romani people, connotes illegality and irregularity. Other exonyms are Ashkali and Sinti. Romani are dispersed, with their concentrated...

hey some one here was a lego maniac right?
Matt <weird characters> name something?
@MattE.Эллен ! hey do you know of a lego like "game" which uses small square plastic cards instead of bricks? Those squares have 3/4th deep cuts on all sides so they can be joined together by swapping them together perpendicularly. I am trying to find the name of that thing.
there is no lego stackexchange where I can ask this :(

@AwalGarg I am a Lego maniac. And there is a lego SE. But it sounds like you're asking about a non-Lego product, so I'm not sure why you expect a Lego maniac to know the answer?

2:46 PM
Well, you know about Megablocks, right?

3:20 PM
Look at me. No. look me in the eye. Tell me what I'm thinking. A horse? A horse's ass more like it.

hahaha

@Arrowfar what's up?

Hello Mitch!

user116848

3:35 PM
hasn't happened yet?

user116848
No I just ate, that's why I was smiling, I mean you are very good at reading people.

user116848
Luckily something very tasty.

user116848
I'm translating the dish into English as we speak :-)

user116848
Wait...

user116848
@Mitch Mum made Shami kebabs with a type of sauce (don't know its name).

user116848
3:40 PM
Ever tried Shami kebabs? They are very good.

user116848
Hello @KitZ.Fox.

user116848
@Mitch Ah yes with apricot sauce.

user116848
You must all be feeling hungry now ;-)

@Arrowfar not shami. is that lamb or mixed up ground meat?

user116848
<makes shami kebabs for everyone>

3:47 PM
@Arrowfar hm..apricot sauce...I wouldn't have considered that, but I'd totally eat it.
@Arrowfar nummy!
@Arrowfar it is before lunch, so definitely.

user116848
@Mitch Yes mixed up ground meat of goat/cow etc.

user116848
My mum is like a pro cook. But these days sometimes my sister in law cooks but her cooking is meh.

user116848
By pro I mean "good at".

user116848
Not a professional, of course.

3:52 PM
any food that someone else cooks for you is better than fantastic.

user116848
Yes true.

unless it is totally messed up and terrible tasting and then it's "i guess I overate before dinner"

4:25 PM
@KitZ.Fox I know about them, but A) I'm only vaguely familiar with the product lines, and B) I'm only vaguely familiar with the product lines which are compatible with Lego

[ SmokeDetector ] Offensive answer detected: Why is it "grand theft auto"? by user159777 on english.stackexchange.com

Looks like there's a weird situation here: english.stackexchange.com/questions/292656/… (my question) is rightfully a duplicate of english.stackexchange.com/questions/125693/… (older question), but that question is already marked as duplicate of my question.
so I can't mark my question as duplicate because it tells me it would be an infinite circle, which is true.

@NateKerkhofs I can't say for sure, as I'm not Elian, but I'm guessing they did that because they think your question has better answers.

SmokeDetector usually brings up obvious issues. But I can't pick out its problem with the one above.
