A: How do transposition towers in transmission lines work?

TomIf anyone is interested, I have written quite a long article on the effects of phase transposition on current asymmetry at a wind farm. It is a 33kV underground cabled system, but it gives a good picture of the real improvements that can be made to balance the three phase currents http://www.sca...

I'm not sure if I should flag it as spam or not.
It's a bad link-only answer to his own article, and presumably his own website selling wind power related services. On the other hand, if the information in the article is copied as an answer, it may be converted to a good answer.
I'm not really sure what happens when I do flag a message as "spam", does it get a moderator's attention, or is it fully automatic? Also, it's not very harmful spam, it looks like he's trying to help, which is why I'm a bit worried it might harm his account if he's just not used to the format here.

@pipe I would not call that spam, more along the lines of a link-only answer
In general, if you're not sure if it's spam, don't flag it as spam
