@JacobJanTuinstra Now I can confirm that I have the rotate functionality available, on web and on the app for iPad.

I didn't check it yet on my android phone (I rarely open a spreadsheet on smart phones b/c the small screen)

@JacobJanTuinstra You should have Rotate text feature on that account.

It was announced as Rapid release.

G Suite Free is obsolete, I reccomend converting to a regular google account
