Youtube playback sucks in Chrome when I set speed > 1x in some nonstandard situations, like here. It takes more than second to swtich to another frame. I have noticed that this happens when original video has non-standard frame rate or playback speed. That is, if your record a video and publish it on youtube, everything is fine. But, steady interruptions begin when you did something about your video playback speed before publishing it.
