@AsadaShino It's sometimes interesting but as you suggest I try to avoid the use of it at home. On the streets, depending on the person I talk to I may use some words

I don't know half the words in that mutilation of a vocabulary, so I don't want to learn them as using them will not help me make a point or make myself understandable in any way

one I used to watch from (which were about 1-2 weeks behind HS) was taka fansubs

But I changed when I noticed HS had higher quality subs and was faster

at least visually, more readable
