The Genealogy Search engine Mocavo is having a free access weekend -- users can try their new interactive Census Viewer. Details on their blog.

Mocavo Basic is free, and allows you to search for things one collection at a time. Mocavo Gold allows you to search multiple datasets at once.
I found hits in a local history, then went to Google Books and downloaded an eBook of the entire book.
