dan you evil ATM fees and you evil currencies with so many 0's and you evil ATMs that list millions on the left of the screen and hundreds of thousands on the right of the screen. together you caused me to pay about $10 to withdraw about $30! Poor street kids stealing my reading glasses is one thing, billionaire banks stealing a night's accommodation money is worse! d-:

@hippietrail I feel your pain.
@GayotFow I don't think @MeNoTalk is really banned. I believe he's taking a sabbatical from tse to do some work. That's crazy I know! :D

2 hours later…
8:18 AM
@JoErNanO found a bank not listed on tripadvisor or wikivoyage that has no fee and allows 5mil withdrawals so i'm less grumpy now

9:06 AM
@GayotFow meh - disappointed. Only 9 :-(

2 hours later…
11:19 AM
@hippietrail 5 mil as in 5 million? :D

11:56 AM
@RoryAlsop It's possibly the square root of your age multiplied by 2 if that's of any help

12:16 PM
@GayotFow if that's the case it's pretty far off, to be honest
:-)

12:33 PM
@RoryAlsop In that case, take the cube root of your age and multiply by 1.2

12:59 PM
@GayotFow hahahahahaha
that's worse

1:36 PM
@JoErNanO actually 5 mill as in 5 million :Đ

@hippietrail Makes you feel rich, doesn't it? :D
And where did you find that strikethrough 'D'?

In Vietnam maybe?
Đ (lowercase: đ, Latin alphabet), known as crossed D or dyet, formed from base character D/d overlaid with a crossbar. Crossing was used to create eth (ð), but eth has an uncial as its base whereas đ is based on the straight-backed roman d. Crossed d is a letter in the alphabets of several languages and is used in linguistics as a phonetic symbol. == Appearance == In the lowercase, the crossbar is usually drawn through the ascender, but when used as a phonetic symbol it may be preferred to draw it through the bowl, in which case it is known as a barred d. In some African languages' orthographies...

1:58 PM
I am seriously thinking of substituting all my regular d's with barred d's.
I think it woulđ give a more exotic look to my answers. Just neeđ to start writing more sentences with worđs containing đ.

2:16 PM
go for a few ă â ê ô ư ơ while you're at it

2 hours later…
3:55 PM
@RoryAlsop Well then OBVIOUSLY you need to go in and get your age adjusted. :)

Q: Is transit Visa required?

Anjana ShahI will be traveling from India to USA via Zurich. We have a four hour layover. Do I need a transit Visa? If yes, what is the procedure?

It's particularly bad, I bet that if you copy-paste it in Google, you find some of our questions among the top results

I have new computer, can use Stackexchange on it, have just edited an answer from that computer but I can't seem to log in to the chat !?

@Relaxed Log in is sometimes weird due to open id and sessions.
Sometimes I get automatically redirected, sometimes I must re login a bunch of times.
Are you using private browsing? Are you blocking cookies?

Not now, I just tried it out of the box
But the Google/OpenID thingy apparently does not load fully, the layout looks off

New machine?
Browser problems?
Just brainstorming here.

8:30 PM
Yes, probably
But I am on my old laptop now
I will try again on the new machine later
