It's like sending messages through outer space, with a long delay :).

I pinged you since I wanted to ask whether you might know of free application to randomly generate numbers (PRNG) between an interval, but at the same time exclude an interval. It's doable with Java & C+ it seems, but perhaps you might know of standalone-applications.

@VincentVerheyen, you should try asking on the main site; that isn't really a chat item. However, asking for software / packages / code would be off-topic, so you should just ask about how it can be done. Once you know that, it should be easy enough in your language of choice.
