@ a coder according to here missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/… beautyberry is zone 6, unlikely to last more than one mild winter. in a sheltered position and if situated to take advantage of heat from the house it will likely get killed to the ground every winter. This would imply no chance to get the berries as they need stems at least a year old
