It wasn't migrated. It was posted on gardening right around the time that Sustainable Living was launched, and SE policy is to not migrate posts to beta sites before they've had a chance to establish themselves a little.

A user from sustainability.se suggested that DA repost it there, which he did, deleting the copy on gardening.se
