@SimonHayter I would also like to point out that [my question](http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/83340/title-attributes-and-accessibility/) had nothing to do with seo ( I even mention that I understand how the title attribute works in relation to seo ) and generally Accessibility refers to things such as "Screen Readers" and making your website accessible to people with disabilities.

The question that was marked as dup is specifically targeted to SEO ( again, which is not at all what I'm asking ) and the link you provided to search is also littered with SEO based questions.
