英語にするとたぶん。。。

みたいな？

「よく生きていられるなぁ」は「How can (you/someone) manage to go on living?」みたいな

「よく～できるなぁ」は「How can you (manage to) ~~?」とかですかね

"I am amazed to see how others can manage to survive when they don't have Miho as their sister" とか、どうでしょうかね・・
