Hm, I do have Chinese fonts installed, but it seems my browser doesn't fall back to them for some reason.
Wait, the character is in HiraMinPro and HiraKakuPro fonts too.
There's something odd in my font setup, it seems.
But I can't be bothered to investigate, since that broken character glyph is so convenient by telling me that it's not a Japanese character.
