@DariusJahandarie You do not have to trust me. I am only an internet stranger. Just listen to this NHK announcer who uses the 「は」 we are talking about. Go straight to about 0:43, please. Why would it be used by NHK announcers, of all J-speakers, if that were わかりにくい? I found this video in no time because I KNOW that NHK, along with other TV stations, use 「は」but not 「の」 nearly everytime they broadcast from a place outside of its headquaters.
