@user4784 thank you! I was trying to put my finger on what's wrong with this question. Another problem with it is that it asks why there were so many killings, without explaining what's lacking about the clear motivation behind each one. @msh210 I agree; the question was bothering me too but I couldn't put my finger on it either. It's unclear and should be put on hold until it's clarified.
In case anybody else was wondering, the recent Community bumps were to update stale links (consequence of the move to Meta Stack Exchange). It only affected four questions on main, but I just looked at our meta and it's "modified by Community" all the way down. This wasn't intended, but we can't do anything about it now. In the unlikely event that anybody bumped something on meta last night, you might want to call attention to it.
