@DoubleAA I actually mostly agree. I think there is a discernible question there, as @IsaacMoses pointed out, which is indicated by the backstory, but the question itself is poorly phrased. I don't think it is invalid for MY, I think it needs to be re-written to stress what the answers are expected to express. I posted my answer with the disclaimer that I didn't really understand what was bothering her, although the fact that Yom Tov was bothersome was clearly expressed. So I tried to
answer in a way that broadly addressed what about Yom Tov should be meaningful, which would hopefully address the root of whatever the issue was. I agree that the question should be clarified, but I think an answerable question is hiding in there. Could be it was irresponsible of me to answer with that said, but I thought I had a broad enough stroke to cover the vague issue.

@DoubleAA know where I can find a nice copy of Mishneh Torah (pdf's of pages, not just text) online?

@IsaacMoses Here I've been floundering all over hebrewbooks looking for this... Thanks.

@yEz Glad I could help

@IsaacMoses Even better would be if you could get Mr. Bachrach to put hagahos maimonios up. But he's working on the Beis Yosef now, so I'm happy with that too.

@yEz Oh. I didn't know he was working on Beit Yosef. Cool. I was quite happy when I bemoaned the lack of Maharsha, and he said that the only reason they hadn't done it yet is that they want to thoroughly edit Tosafot first, so they can link into it properly. I like the way they work.

Q: Final Accounting for "Days of Awe - Mi Yodeya?"

Isaac MosesHere are the final public accounting numbers for the Days of Awe - Mi Yodeya? printing and distribution project. Accomplished: We produced over 1400 copies of the booklet and mailed or otherwise delivered nearly all of them to volunteer distributors around the United States (plus one in Israel)...

A whole Vayetze went by without anyone's linking to either of my two favorite MY-related things about the parasha: @IsaacMoses 's video and my PTIJ.

@msh210 Sorry. @mi_yodeya tweeted the former:

As those who follow meta know, when I made the "Days of Awe - Mi Yodeya?" donation to Sefaria they wrote back and offered to host the book on their site. I'm happy to write back and say "sure, sounds great to us (and by the way here are three more you might want to know about)". It's not clear to me where on their site our books would properly fit; is there something I should suggest there, or should we assume they'll figure it out, or what?
Our books aren't exactly "source sheets", but the main body of texts seems to be for things that have more authority behind them, it looks like. Thoughts?
Or maybe they are elaborate source sheets and should be indexed under the days in question?

@MonicaCellio I think it's up to them to figure out. It'd probably be good to say ~"Here are our PDFs. The content is CC-BY-SA 3.0, with required attribution handled in the Credits pages. If you see a fit for this on Sefaria, we'd be pleased to see it there. If not; we won't be offended."

@IsaacMoses that's a good approach. Thanks.

... Incidentally, I'd also be in favor of extending a "If you have any other ideas for cooperation between Sefaria and Mi Yodeya, please let us know. Your Bachrach44 is active on Mi Yodeya, for what it's worth."

4:59 PM
That sounds good. We should give him a heads-up first. :-)
@Bachrach44 see discussion above about Mi Yodeya publications on Sefaria. ^^^
