@DoubleAA It's a different Pischei Olam. You are looking for R' Dov Ber Karasik's commentary on Orach Chayim. The specific place you want is Pischei Olam (OC 75:3). His version is the same as our version of the TS on the Rosh.

@DoubleAA You're welcome. Pischei Olam is cited repeatedly in sefarim like Kaf HaChayim and Mishna B'rura/Bi'ur Halacha.
@DoubleAA The KhC's read is still conceivable, though your read seems to fit significantly better IMHO.
