I think it's because usernames don't have to be unique. How many Tims do we have on this site?

No problem. Another thing to check is make sure your user profile has the correct email address as that is where they will send it to.

Probably not the issue, but just check for sanity's sake.

Oh, my bad. "I'll be reaching out to you later today or tomorrow morning with a link to a form" does not indicate that I should be checking my e-mail. I did get the e-mail, just never imagined that the method of contact for this would be e-mail in the first place.

I get too much e-mail to keep up with it, so I only noticed it was there in the first place when I specifically checked for it.
