My funny customer wants to have a SharePoint Server 2013 with the maximum response time of 0,1 second. That's impossible, but from a management decision based on the article by Nielsen Norman group

@BennySkogberg better point them to point nbr2 "1.0 second is about the limit for the user's flow of thought to stay uninterrupted, even though the user will notice the delay. Normally, no special feedback is necessary during delays of more than 0.1 but less than 1.0 second, but the user does lose the feeling of operating directly on the data."
That is a more realistic goal, and still viable
There is also a nice edit from 2014 for web apps, same rules but other explanation
