After all this gets worked out, we definitely needed a consolidated policy for tagging.

Wow, @omlin should have some kind of medal. The amount of high-quality 0 voted answers I've seen of his in the Unanswered listing would kill a lesser mortal's will to contribute.

If anyone fancies a trawl, there's still more questions with worthy answers (not just from @omlin) in the Unanswered listing that only need a vote to show appreciation (and to improve our % answered rating).
