@tohecz Quark
@Johannes_B I see those votes got invalidated again
@Johannes_B If there is a third voting spree, let me know and I will take action

4 hours later…
10:08 AM
@JosephWright Thanks. Just out of curiosity, are there any stats on how often things like that happen?

10:39 AM
@Johannes_B Joseph is secretly a timelord, so he can come back and forward in time. :)

1 hour later…
12:02 PM
@PauloCereda :)
@PauloCereda do you use some database software to organize music sheets? I was searching the web for existing applications but couldn't find anything which convinced me...

@cgnieder I used to write my own scheme. But the milleage varies. :)

@PauloCereda ok... I'm trying to organize a (yet small) number of songs: lyrics, chords, key, notes, ... but I'm not sure what I actually want or need so I'm just looking around. Probably I'm going to use a simple spreadsheet in the end...

@cgnieder We could discuss about this. :) I want to find a good way of organizing my own stuff. :)

12:26 PM
@PauloCereda so far I haven't discovered much, This (bnote.info/home.html) looks interesting but is not quite what I need/want, I'm afraid

12:52 PM
@cgnieder We can write our own solution. :)

1:06 PM
@PauloCereda you probably can :) First thing is I need to figure out my actual requirements. Having something web-based so that every band member has access doesn't sound too bad...

2 hours later…
2:43 PM
@JosephWright: we have some editing spree going on again.

5 hours later…
7:34 PM
mathdesign headache: \[R T ln(P)\]spaces out the ln, what is the LaTeX way to force that not to happen?

@repurposer \ln not just ln

@JosephWright ok, nice.

2 hours later…
9:38 PM
@JosephWright good job no one's posted any ODI scores today

10:00 PM
@DavidCarlisle Indeed

@DavidCarlisle Like this one? “India took a 2-0 lead, defeating England by six wickets in the third of the five-match series. Ambati Rayudu top-scored with 64 not out while R Ashwin picked 3/39 to complete a clinical performance for India.”

10:47 PM
I think I have done something wrong with SyncTex... it stopped working. I can't find any existing questions on this. Can I look for a specific error to fix this?

@cgnieder: From Pat's timeline:

It says "SyncTeX: Can't rename SchroederAnswers.synctex.gz(busy) to SchroederAnswers.synctex.gz"
It's not write-only, so that doesn't make sense.

@1010011010 Do you have any process stuck on?

texworks.exe *32 twice, but one has description TeXworks editor & previewer, another has texworks.exe

@DavidCarlisle I'm sad too. Nintendo promised me a free Mercedes. :(
@1010011010 I suspected one of the processes got stuck and it's holding your file. Kill everything and start everything fresh. :)

10:50 PM
sigh Time to restart. Thanks Paulo. :-)
Or Mister Paulo Cereda, whatevery ou prefer.
xD

@1010011010 Sorry. :)
@1010011010 Hey, stick to Paulo and you are safe. :)
I want my free Mercedes. :(

Restart fixed it.

@1010011010 You could've just killed all *latex processes, couldn't you? :)

11:33 PM
@PauloCereda :)

@cgnieder ooh! :)
