Pages and TextEdit support markdown since you can write a plain text document.

I understand the question as "editors which are markdown-aware", e.g. syntax highlighting, visual formatting, integrated preview (or interface to a previewer) and stuff like that

@bmike yeah, I was waffling on if to put mavericks in or not. I saw that you had a comment in your edit that took it out, but it was cut off after "Also, it wo..."

Here's the thing - I think the site works much better with most posts on OS X

only if it's really mavs and only mavs does tagging that too make sense.

@dwightk The main thing is the actual post needed an edit more than a retag.

@bmike that is not google's support number... did you actually click on the link? I don't know how they got to be the top link on google, but the site is clearly spam

Looks like another mod cleaned that up - sorry if I didn't see your comment explaining how it was spam
