Oh, I have one. I took a tour of the new hospital in Delft, and they had some fancy UX firm do a lot of their signage etc.

They decided to go with naming all the rooms after Vermeer paintings (as he is from Delft).

The problem is that they list them alphabetically and a large number of them start with "meisje met een"

So you have a list of 5 rooms on a signboard all of which are "meisje met een ..." and one word different at the end.

I got to watch a lot of international people (non-Dutch speakers) completely confused as to what was where.
