Okay, this chat room has somehow died in my absence... :(
Anyhow, one thing that we need to try and improve on the site is the number of questions that are asked. I'd love some suggestions from people as to how they think we could do this.

It receives a lot of votes and answers and generates a large degree of comments and discussions. It has clearly been linked to from an external source and is bringing in lo...

@JohnGB what about the possibility of expanding the scope of the site to encourage questions about the practice of UX? i.e. how to best conduct user testing, how to analyze usability questions to determine what kind of test should be done, when things like a/b testing are appropriate, how to communicate with business users and developers about common usability issues, etc.

@CharlesWesley That would be useful. Another question on the periphery would be how to incorporate UX design changes into an agile points methodology.

I'm in favour of expanding the scope somewhat, but I still would like to keep the general idea to questions and answers that are broadly useful to other UX practitioners.
I'm even in favour of "suggest an icon" iff the icon is for a common use case.

@JohnGB No clue. Maybe we need to talk to .SE employees?

And how do we do that?
