@Beofett - Hey, I just wanted you to know that I'm sorry I posted that answer, and placed you in an awkward position. Sometimes (well, often, really) I type when I should just leave it alone. I also fail to take into account that English might be a struggle for some people and that what they mean to say might be very different than what they do say.

@medica you showed up as your parenting username when we started chatting, but appeared as medica after Beofett changed that chat room to private. I wonder if it's a coincidence. There's a setting (which applies to all chat rooms at once, I think) which specifies which of your accounts to use in chat. Here's how:

in the chat, click your user icon, then click the link "user profile". A stats window opens, and there is a parent user listed. Click [change] and select another SE site. Note that this change is global.
