Not sure this is the appropriate room, but anyway. How should very basic questions like this one be tagged?
It's clear that education is a bit off...
And the description of algebra-precalculus doesn't really fit the question either.

Q: Significant figures reduction of solution

NashI have a problem which has to be answered using two significant figures from the solution value. My solution value is x = 303.385789245434541 What should my answer be? Thanks

I would probably go with arithmetic.
