I have been studying this matrix by the method of prolonged staring for more than year. The only things I have learned are that one can calculate the von Mangoldt function and the Moebius function from it, and that the diagonal is the Dirichlet inverse of the Euler totient. It's still logically possible that your daily total for yesterday stayed the same during the unupvote because one other capped upvote was implicitly promoted to a counting one. This would mean that your actual reputation isn't really the sum of the displayed daily reputation-change totals over all days you have been registered, but that wouldn't surprise (from a software development viewpoint).
