@tiddy To make that clear: After you sold the software, you're not allowed to use it yourself anymore and are supposed to delete or destroy (if written to a non-rewriteable media) any copies you still have. It's not a right to break copyright; just a right to re-sale your property, which includes software licences now.

@fbueckert GEMA is very much pissing off near everyone in Germany too, and with any luck, they won't last long or stop being crazy overprotective - "GEMA-free music only" is quickly becoming a sign of quality over here. The problem is that they have a near-monopoly of music play rights (in particular with pop music), with the consequence that major radio stations deal almost exclusively with them, since it's easier.
@BenBrocka It will go about as well as when the journals in other countries tried that. Google will take them off the index, they'll stop getting hits, and quietly back away.
@fbueckert If you have one, you're supposed to either pay GEMA their (not too high) share for rights to play any of their music, or provide proof you aren't playing any (names of the musicians involved is enough). It sucks, but it's not the end of the world, and it will change.

Best I can tell the slot machines are a poor way to get Torgue Tokens due to the high cost and infrequent payouts. Normal enemies rarely drop them. There's some re-doable quests (I think they give torgue tokens anyway) and the super boss Pyro Pete also gives them I believe.

@Fluttershy It was closed as Too Localized (which is the part that was easily fixed) instead of NC. Everyone gets all uppity when things get closed for the wrong reasons. They even reopen them so that they have to be re-closed.

For my counterstrike global offensive server how do i change the amount of time it takes to change map once a game ends on my server? currently it is set to 1 min 30 when 10 seconds would suffice.
@fbueckert I'm pretty sure the policy we've had since day one is that if it's on topic for superuser, it's not for us. Therefore, if the question can be asked and answered without mention of a single videogame title, it's probably off topic here.
So the graphics card yes/no debate is counter productive. Lets look at the reasons why a question can be bad and apply those rules accordingly. If a question about graphics cards fits the bill, close it.
@badp It's less a case of 'we don't like them' as much as it's a case of 'hey, there's this awesome SuperUser site we can migrate to and the answer is probably already there.'
Our policy with graphics cards questions basically amounts to 'anything about graphics cards that Super User doesn't want'. Which isn't a particularly great policy, but it's worked, and I can't see us coming up with a better one that won't just invite more fighting at a later date.
The question in question is on topic on SuperUser. Therefore, we send it there, because it's more likely to get a good answer there. QED.
