@Ash We're getting into the same philosophical discussion I already had on SFF, so i won't bore you with it in detail.

@Ash In short, it seems to me that you're interpreting the letter of the rules (game rec is bad) instead of the spirit of the rules (game recs are bad because they lead to subjective unending lists of answers). This question clearly doesn't lead there because there is a 100% unambiguous, objective, way to get that "list" based on hard data (or if there's no data, it simply won't have any answers).

But I'm not curious enough to find the answer to try and convince people that the question is fully fitting into SE model.

It's not "game recommendation". It's "game identification". A while ago, we decided, after much debate, not to allow those questions. It's not some interpretation of game rec rules. It's the exact wording:

Q: How many crops can one settler harvest?

A person on a different website said it's a 1:6 ratio, which I'm sure is true, but does the '6' mean 6 'value', as in they can harvest 6 crops worth 1 food each or 12 crops worth .5 food each? Or is it just 6 plants, and however much food it provides doesn't matter?

@GodEmperorDune yeh they are so cute and we love our Eddie. when he had a stroke and went off his food and couldn't walk or eat and drink he kept trying to feed him by hand, holding him up on his legs as he went to drink, give him a bath and lots of pampering and in the end he wolfed down 1 and 1/2 BBQ Chickens worth of chicken for a meal.

when we first got him is was way fatter and couldn't even walk so we slimmed him up. he knows who we are and when we tried to send him with a friend to the seaside so he'd be cool during summer when i left he made a real fuss and when he was let out he pissed on the wheels of our friend's car

Forgot which attack spell I had, but it gives 3x rewards for destroying a card. So pretty much that and a hasted stun perma-locks the boss. Had some +agility items so that I could start out with 6 agility and cast haste on turn 1

Korean teams play the game as a team and practice it 24/7. The OW World Cup teams from the rest of countries were bunch of talented players/streamers yet they were not prepared for that.

@Yuuki there is a Korean player who reached 5.0k the maximum rank, it is all because these teams play the ranked mode game as a team professionally even when they are not doing eSports. The WorldCup was ridiculous because there was obvious skew in terms of skills between teams.

Dota2 is so fun. IceFrog really pushes balance as to create diverse scene. I love it. But I am more into FPS games.

I wish IceFrog balanced OW or TF2.

They've done a surprisingly good job is solving the Reinhardt meta (he has a really low pick rate of KotH maps in comp though, so he's not super desired) without releasing another tank hero.

Not to mention very few people run Rein on KotH maps.

Depends on whether you're playing attack/defend or KotH.

He's definitely a lot more important on attack/defend, but value drops significantly on KotH.

I think not having rein can work at certain level. But once everyone starts to land their attacks so accurately, it becomes death-sentence. Especially on KOTH, I think, because walking in open area is literally yelling "hit me kill me"

There is one thing I've seen where OSX is genuinely better. If you buy into the Apple keyboard chord brain damage then you don't need to hold shift while copying or pasting text from/to a terminal

because it won't be confused for a ctrl-c

So like the osx keyboard chords brain damage has one advantage to it

Incidentally I've accidentally ended up with split terminals on co-workers' macbooks several times while attempting to send a ctrl-d too many times to count

and instead of apologizing for the brain damage they laugh

OSX (and Mac Hardware) means usable trackpads. Nothing else compares.

Linux is the least terrible overall though, since you're just going to be typing anyway so the trackpad issue is moot.

Q: Are all the royal arms gained through quests?

So far I'm on chapter 5, and have 4 royal arms, all of which I have found during the course of the main quest. I looked at the display of the royal weapons on the menu and there is a gap between the ones I have found so far. This led me to believe that I have missed one that I should have found ...
