There is literally no way to get a customer service person on the automated phone system

@GnomeSlice I'd call whoever you took it through or the people who certified you (like whoever is in charge of your exam thing), they'll likely have that for you someplace

I managed to find my appointment confirmation number and license number, I guess I'll have to email the licensing place with that and try to get the confirmation number

@GnomeSlice Depending on privacy rules, they might not be able to email you the number, but they might have a better idea on how you can get it. (aka privacy rules are often weird and frustrating. For example, I can email you ANYTHING at work to your WORK email, but if you have just a gmail/hotmail/whatever email, you are SOL for reasons I am still failing to properly understand)

@GnomeSlice There should be some way to get through the IVR to a person, there always. Usually there is a "at any point, press blah to get a CSR"

I've listened to the whole thing like a dozen times
