I'm kind of new here, just have a question. The first question i asked i posted without an account using throwaway email (cant remember it). I also created an account to be able to comment on that question (same thing disposable email cant remember it). I'm wondering if someone can simply delete that one messy question and let me re-ask it on my real account since i'm unable to merge those 2 disposable "accounts" and didn't quite find the answer anyway.

Moderators of the site can delete a question but only if it has no answers (otherwise that would delete the answers too). To contact the moderators of the site, you need to flag a post on the site (I saw your chat flag but I'm a chat moderator, not a Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair moderator, so I can't help with main site issues).

I unsuccessfully attempted to merge those 2 account to my real account, but I couldn't since i didn't know the emails. What do you recommend?

I think “merge user profiles” goes to a human too, and they use their own judgement if you can't prove that you have access to the other account

@Guest yeah, the user interface makes it easy to post without creating a “reliable” account, which is nice because it's easy to post but not so nice because then you lose control over your posts

after reading the email again it says to select other should i have problems (oops missed that part). ill give that a try

@Gilles - I really wish Stack Exchange didn't allow non-registered people to respond and ask questions. It really mucks things up on the site, IMHO.
