@Zaid - Best scene of the whole thing is at the end when Tony is pumping the jack and the Rotson goes up 2" and immediately drops back down ... he pumped that thing about 30 times before he realized the jack wasn't working, lol! Pure Roadkill

@Paulster2 I thought you'd like it ;)
And the diesel swap episode was pretty good too

@Zaid - I've not really warmed up to Tony Angelo. I started watching it because of Finnegan and Frieberger. They are just nuts, lol!

@Paulster2 just watched their Ranchero adventure to Alaska. I wonder how their wives let them out of sight!

3:01 PM
@Zaid - I really don't know! I know my wife wouldn't :D I love the guy at the Alaska entry point ... "I know who you are!" ... That had to be great!
@Zaid - And by you saying "... just watched the Ranchero adventure to Alaska." I took that too mean the one where they actually got to go to Alaska.

Hm. I think I have a bad radiator cap.

Well, take it out and spank it.
Bad radiator cap ... bad ...

I hope that's all that's wrong. Something spewed, that's for sure!
I was just reading the latest (October 2015) edition of Car And Driver. It put the 2015 Corvette Z06 at #2 fastest car through Virginia International Raceway. That's up against cars for the past nine years worth of testing (same track, same conditions). It did the 4.1 miles in 2:44.6. The #1 car is the 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder at nearly $850k ... I'd take $100k Corvette any day over that.
Especially considering the Porsche did it only 1.5 seconds faster.
This list contains cars which include:
2015 McLaren 650s Spider
2015 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4
2015 Porsche 911 GT3

and a bunch of others.
They've tested over 180 cars over the past nine years.
The 2015 Camaro Z/28 is #14 on the list with a time of 2:50.9 ... not that much slower in the grand scheme of things (but a larger margin if actually consider racing times).
@BobCross - Good luck with that radiator cap. It looks like a heck of a job ... '-)

It's just so localized. That's what's making me think it's the cap. Some coolant clearly got into the fan and went for a ride.

Lucky coolant.

5:54 PM
I can hear the turbo chuckling to itself. It's water cooled so some of the coolant gets to wander through on a passive loop.

Haha
Well, the turbo may be mad if you lost enough coolant.
No chuckling involved, lol.

Of course, now I can't get the cap to spit at me. Stupid cars.

You are going to have to run it up to temp again. This requires driving the darn thing hard which I'm sure you're just deign to do.
<eye roll please>

This sort of thing is such a hassle.

The "intermittent loss of coolant" thing?

5:58 PM
Diagnosing this sort of thing. Cars are supposed to follow the rules. If I wanted a device that is clearly possessed by evil spirits, I already have computers.

Oh, cars aren't possessed ... they are merely women in sheep's clothing.
I can never figure out women.
:P
Anyway, I hope you get it figured out. I'm sure you will. Radiator caps aren't expensive. At least not as expensive as caps for a brake master on my Silverado ... $38.
I forgot to put it back on the master and thought I'd lost it, so bought a new one. Seems the only place to easily get one is at the dealership. I brought it back and put it on the master and then found the old one had fallen down in an unlit area. I was peeved at myself. Then I had to bleed the brakes because the fluid was all water contaminated ... ugly.
I'm headed out. You have a great (or at least better) day :D

A: How do I repair detatched interior roof fabric?

JoshDMAfter protecting the windows in painters tape and newspaper, I used the spray adhesive in late December 2014. It is September 2015, and the problem has not yet resurfaced. Paulster's answer is a bit more comprehensive and advises against this course of action, so I selected it, but will update ...

Should this be transitioned to a comment or added to the original question?

7:43 PM
@BobCross look at the underside of the hood to see if it can tell you where the coolant spewed from
