Wreckers will take most cars, but won't give you much for it - just the scrap value of the steel. Have you considered gumtree/craigslist/freeads/etc - someone might want a cheap car for something - e.g. a friend of mine who used to work in a dodgy part of a nearby city had a £50 wreck to commute in, so he didn't have to worry about his good cars being stolen or wrecked...
